When Amanda and Richard approached us to build their Garden Room we arranged a site visit to discuss their needs and requirements. After several meetings and once we were all clear on that vision we were in a position to begin the work.
The area needed to be cleared of some small trees and shrubs. The ground needed to be levelled. Richard and Amanda arranged this work before we commenced the build. See our PMG Build page for full construction details.
On all front and right elevations we fitted Western red cedar. On the other two elevations we fitted James Hardieplank lap board.
Amanda wanted to maximise as much natural light as possible so we incorporated in the front elevation a 3 part bifold door and in the right elevation we fitted a single glazed door.
Anthracite grey fascia and soffit boards were fitted to finish the roof line and match the doors, windows and Hardieplank cladding.
There are several sockets to enable any devices to be used where required.Â
Externally, there are downlights installed to the soffit as well as an external socket and wall lights.
Amanda and Richard chose an oak laminate for the office. Laminate is a very practical choice of flooring for a Garden Room due to its durable and hard wearing properties.
Lastly, we fitted and painted the skirting board to complete.
Â
Pete has provided us with a customised Garden Room which we are very pleased with. Reliable and trustworthy, his estimates about price and how long that it would take to complete were correct.
Functional area to workout, relax and entertain.

A perfectly balanced multi-use area.
